The Board of Management is a corporate body that manages the school on behalf of the Patron, Bishop Denis Nulty, of the diocese of Kildare and Leighlin. The Board delegates the day-to-day running of the school to the principal. Boards of Management are elected for four year terms in accordance with the provisions of the 1998 Education Act, and include members of the parent body, teaching staff and local community. The voluntary contribution of the members of the Board of Management is an invaluable asset to the school.
